None other than KBNK Architekten are behind the visionary design of THE LYTE. The renowned Hamburg-based architecture firm was founded in 1996 and is deeply rooted in Hamburg through its work for the Hanseatic City. The 60-strong team, headed by Franz-Josef Nähring, feel particularly at home in HafenCity. They were pioneers here right from the start, building four properties on the very first construction site in the area. Their bond with the neighbourhood is reflected in every planning phase of THE LYTE.

Beinhoff Gerhardt Architekten is a young and modern architectural firm based in Hamburg-Eppendorf. The company was founded by the two partners Anselm & Janna Beinhoff (previously Gerhardt) in 2018. Since then, the dedicated team of partners, permanent staff and freelancers has specialised in the planning of residential and commercial buildings in and around Hamburg. In this context, implementation planning for large and complex construction projects has become one of the office’s focal points, with THE LYTE serving as an outstanding reference in this respect.

Armin Panahi and Randi Mara Schumacher – PASCH for short – are a design team from Düsseldorf, Germany, dedicated to multidisciplinary creative services in the real estate sector. They specialise in customised design concepts and planning as well as the overall creative management of exteriors, interiors and product design in the premium segment. Every project is unique. That’s why their goal is always to bring a holistic approach to the table in order to achieve the best possible result.
